I have missing e, and I can do all those things with it… Maybe you need to update? You do need to go through the options to get them, though, but if you already looked through them then I dunno where this is going anyway you should try updating~

I’m able to do it in google chrome (dashboard tags and one-click reblogs) but not in firefox, so maybe it’s your browser? and/or version of missing e/browser?
i’m in the most updated version for Firefox and I can do one-click reblogs but I couldn’t edit tags through the dashboard, but I have a script for it now so it doesn’t really matter either way
